Pastor LeRoy H. Anthony    

      Pastor Anthony received the Lord as his personal Savior at age 12, where he served faithfully as member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Dayton Ohio. He received the call of God to ministry in December of 1993 and was licensed for Ministry January 23, 1994 by the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, and ordained August 4th, 1996 by the same.

Pastor Anthony is the proud husband to the former Shawana Lanae Copeland of Dayton, Ohio and the Father to three Children LeRae, Isaiah, and Trinity.

Pastor Anthony holds a Bachelors in Christian Ministry from Bluefield College, where he received the 1997 Distinguished Graduate Honor for his Academic Excellence and Community Development Efforts. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity.

Pastor Anthony currently serves as the Pastor of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Hamilton, Ohio. Under his leadership, the church has experienced tremendous growth and expansion spiritually and physically. To accommodate the growth, Pastor Anthony led the church in a “Relocation-Expansion Project” which resulted in the acquisition of campus which increased the church’s equity by 1.2 million dollars.

            In 2008 Pastor Anthony served the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc. as the Souvenir Journal Committee Chairman in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pastor Anthony has also served as an Instructor, Parliamentarian, and Second-Vice President of the Ministers and Deacons Institute of the Western Union Baptist District Association. Pastor Anthony has served as a mentor to students attending Cincinnati Bible School and to many preachers and pastors. Pastor Anthony is consistently sought out for his Inspirational teaching and preaching within Ohio and abroad. In addition to his services in the Kingdom of God, Pastor Anthony also served the Cincinnati Board of Education as an Assistant in the Cincinnati Public School System Alternative Programs.

            Pastor Anthony is the founder and director of the “Enduring Faith Praise Chorale”, which released its Debut Album in 1999 entitled “LeRoy Anthony & Enduring Faith and was featured at the Howard University Gospel Showcase in Washington, DC., with great Gospel Artist such as Hezekiah Walker, Orlando Draper and Keith Dobbins .

            In 2006, Pastor Anthony developed LeRoy H. Anthony Ministries Inc., a 501c-3 Non Profit Organization (Public Charity) designed to empower every child, youth and young adult through practical Biblical Teaching, Education, Mentoring, and Support Services in hopes that they will affect their home, community and their generation positively.  

            Pastor Anthony believes that his life must be spent “Empowering Humanity with the Love of Christ through Kingdom Word, Kingdom Worship, and Kingdom Work. To meet this mandate Pastor Anthony has been hosting three annual conferences. “The Fight, The Fortress, and The Fortune of the Family Conference”, focuses on issues plaguing the family as a unit and its individual components socially, economically, politically, and spiritually. “One In The Spirit Marriage Conferences” focus on strengthening the marriage relationship, and the “One In The Spirit 2 Conference” ministers to the unmarried and the challenges they face. For his efforts, Pastor Anthony was awarded the “Pastor of The Year Award 2009” by a Local Organization made up of City Officials, Business Community Leaders and Local Clergy.

            In 2009 Pastor Anthony founded and established the “Mount Institute” to provide an educational option for people who have expressed a interest in the ministry as a deacon or preaching, but may be restricted from a formal educational opportunity. Pastors across the State of Ohio are enrolling their associate ministers in this Institute

            In October of 2009, Pastor Anthony was honored with the “Nehemiah Award” from the Association of Independent Ministers (AIM), Houston Texas for his aggressive successful efforts to grow the church through expansion during the challenges of today’s society. Pastor Anthony gives all Glory to God for the things He has done in and through his life.
